IN SOUTH AFRICA WE WORK ON THE MIGRATION AID AREA THROUGH A PROJECT.

Project 1:

Social and economic inclusion of asylum seekers and refugees in South Africa.

We provide comprehensive care and support to displaced populations in situations of vulnerability, with a particular focus on women, children, including orphans, survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), people living with chronic illnesses, and households without stable sources of income, located in Gauteng Province and the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, areas that receive the highest migratory flows in the country. Project participants gain access to socio-health services, technical and vocational training, support for small business development, and opportunities within both formal and non-formal education systems. In parallel, we collaborate with other organisations in the area to engage in public policy advocacy, promoting anti-discriminatory practices towards migrant populations.
