Project 1:

Education that cares: Violence prevention, socio-emotional well-being and protection of children and adolescents.

The project aims to create safe and welcoming educational environments for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations who attend Fe y Alegría Social Centers in the states of Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, and Tocantins, through violence prevention strategies with a focus on gender-based violence, and the promotion of comprehensive protection mechanisms with activities that strengthen self-esteem and active participation. This work also involves teachers and their families as members of the educational community and key agents in the process.

Project 2:

Labour market integration and entrepreneurship for young people and adults in vulnerable situations.

Through this initiative, we aim to improve the living conditions of young people and adults at social risk in the cities of Recife, Cariacica, Montes Claros, Vazantes, Boa Vista, and Porto Alegre, providing them with employability skills, facilitating access to decent job opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurship and family farming with a focus on local development, thereby contributing to income generation for their economic sustainability and that of their families and communities.

Project 3:

Protection, integration and humanitarian assistance for migrants and refugees.

We are ensuring safe spaces for temporary shelter and emergency humanitarian assistance for displaced persons, focusing on socio-emotional support, delivery of material aid, access to information on migration regularization, the public social protection network, and individualized guidance (especially on the prevention of gender-based violence)in the cities of Boa Vista and São Paulo. Additionally, we facilitate socio-economic integration through labor inclusion and collaboration with companies to meet local demands.
