Technical training and labour intermediation for the improvement of employability

Given the need of increasing the chances of finding a job or of self-employment of the students of Fe y Alegría Ecuador, we will strengthen their technical and entrepreneurial skills. How will we achieve it? We will carry out curricular adjustments, specific training, and entrepreneurship workshops while we improve infrastructure and equipment of the centers in which they study, and we implement intermediation mechanisms with the labour market.
