In Bolivia we work on the Employment Training line through a project.

Project 1:

Gender-sensitive technical training for entrepreneurship and access to employment.

We work to increase opportunities for low-income learners and graduates in vulnerable situations, particularly women, to start up a business or access to decent employment and, therefore, have economic autonomy and improve their living conditions.

To this end, it will focus on a) strengthening the curricular relevancy and competencies of educators in technical schools in relation to the actual demand of local production and services; b) creating or strengthening training processes for employability and entrepreneurship, incorporating the CANVAS methodology and c) consolidating partnerships with public and private companies, increasing schools’ participation in local networks and value chains.
